Immerse was featured in the 25 September 2026 issue of the Schulblatt of the Canton of Zurich. The article “Where Parents Can Be Brought into the Room at the Push of a Button” presents a conversation-training tool developed at PHZH as part of the Immerse project. Using either a laptop or a VR headset, student teachers practice challenging parent-teacher conversations with AI-powered avatars.
Immerse is funded in the 2nd Structure Call and is a joint project between UZH, ZHAW and PHZH. It supports the development of immersive teaching and learning technologies in higher education and vocational training.
