Two new academic publications on the accessibility of Zurich’s urban environment have been published as part of the ZuReach project. The studies show how barriers in the street environment affect accessibility for people with mobility and visual impairments, and why accessibility must be assessed differently depending on the group of people concerned.
Both studies draw on data from the citizen science project ZuriACT.
