Swiss NLP Expo 2027 promotes knowledge transfer and networking in the field of digital language technologies. It makes research results and innovations from science and industry accessible to a broad professional community and deepens the exchange on current developments in applied language processing.
The event builds on and expands the format of the Swiss NLP Expo 2025: First, project presentations from applied research will be integrated into a warm-up phase and the event itself. Second, the Zurich Language Technologies Map will create a permanent directory that will make the established networks visible in the long term.
The project is divided into three phases: warm-up sessions for preparation and networking, the NLP Expo as the central event format, and measures to anchor the structures that have been created in the long term.
