Project closure: Digital lifeling learning

The project Revolutionizing Education60+: Digital Lifelong Learninghas been successfully completed. The aim was to make it easier for people aged 60 and over to access contemporary learning opportunities and to equip them with the skills they need for an increasingly digital society. In collaboration with partners from the field, new course materials, a tried-and-tested learning concept and several initiatives were developed directly from the pilot phase.

A central component of the project is the blended learning programme on innovation and entrepreneurship, which was designed in collaboration with older adults and published on the WiseLearn platform. In addition, the WiseListening podcast was created by and for curious senior citizens, as well as the social project Studentinnenstadt Luzern. The research results were presented in scientific publications and at various conferences. SRF also addressed the topic of digital learning opportunities in its report “Schlau unterwegs in der digitalen Welt dank Lernplattformen”.
