Accessing social benefits is often challenging. Complex procedures, language barriers, and a lack of information can prevent people from claiming the benefits to which they are entitled. The Simplify! project is investigating how information can be made easier to understand and how administrative barriers can be reduced to make it easier to access social benefits.
