Three calls are currently open in the DIZH Innovation program. These calls address members of the participating universities who are engaged in various aspects of digital transformation – ranging from early-stage entrepreneurial ideas to interdisciplinary research projects and initiatives with societal impact.
The Founder Call is aimed at students and staff developing early-stage entrepreneurial ideas who have not yet founded a startup or spin-off. The focus is on developing an initial proof of concept. Projects may receive funding of up to CHF 75,000 for a duration of up to 12 months. The submission deadline is August 21, 2025 at 12:00 noon.
The 5th Project Call targets interdisciplinary, cross-university teams working on practice-oriented innovations. Funding ranges from CHF 100,000 to 300,000 for project durations of one to three years. The submission deadline is October 1, 2025 at 12:00 noon.
The 2nd Outreach Call supports projects that strengthen the dialogue between science, society, and practice. Projects may receive up to CHF 50,000 for a maximum duration of 18 months. Submissions are due by November 5, 2025 at 12:00 noon.
