The project, funded by the DIZH Founder Call, investigated how companies can achieve a better balance between concentrated individual work and focused teamwork. The aim was to prepare an evidence-based consulting boutique that supports companies in introducing sustainable improvements.

Challenges in the context of New Work

The shift towards more flexible, hybrid and self-organised forms of work, also known as New Work, has the potential to increase motivation, personal responsibility and productivity. At the same time, employees are under constant pressure from meetings, constant chat messages and context changes. This often leads to stress, mistakes and declining goal achievement.

Research-based approach

Based on over ten years of research, the project team developed a sound, data-driven approach. This combines systematic surveys, self-reflection and digital tools to specifically improve work processes, collaboration, productivity and corporate culture.

Results / Offer

Three key formats were designed and piloted in the project:

  • Workshops: Modular, practical and evidence-based, designed to strengthen teams in effective collaboration, focused work, communication culture and organisation of work/priorities.
  • Flow Suite: A software suite with tools suitable for everyday use for task prioritisation, self-reflection and team collaboration.
  • Consulting: Scientifically based consulting for sustainable, measurable improvement in collaboration, focus work and work culture. This includes analyses, strategy development, training formats, accompanying change processes and tool development.

Thanks to a combination of scientific evidence, technological innovation and practical experience, the team was able to work with participating companies to develop concrete solutions for increasing productivity and well-being.
