The Vox Lapidum project website is now live and provides information on the project’s current status, objectives and next steps.
At the heart of the project is the Epigraphic Latin Treebank (ELTB), a syntactically annotated collection of Latin inscriptions. Building on this, the plan is to develop an AI pipeline that links inscriptions with images, 3D scans and further metadata. A conversational interface is to be developed in a later phase of the project.
