Submission
Only applications submitted via the portal will be considered.
The portal does not allow interim storage and/or post-processing. We recommend that you have all information ready in advance. It is mandatory that the following documents be uploaded to the portal as individual PDFs:
- Proposal (max. 7 pages), download application template
- Budget table (all sheets of the Excel sheet converted into a PDF file), download budget template
- CVs and list of major achievements of all applicants
- Confirmation of the matching funds according to the respective contributions.
- For each practice partner one Letter of Intent (max. 1 page), download template LoI

Internal submission process and deadlines:
First phase
By October 27, 2025: Mandatory internal pre-registration (working title, abstract approx. 250-300 words, project partners, estimated financial volume for PHZH) to Raquel Delgado
November 5, 2025: Assessment of the project outlines and decision on which projects will receive matching funds
Second phase
January 5, 2026: Submission deadline for the definitive project budget, title and abstract of the project (incl. any confirmation from line managers of all employees involved at PHZH)
