The link to the submission portal will be published here in July 2025.

Only applications submitted via the portal will be considered.

The portal does not allow interim storage and/or post-processing. We recommend that you have all information ready in advance.

It is mandatory that the following documents be uploaded to the portal as individual PDFs:

• Proposal (max. 5 pages), download application template
• Budget table (all sheets of the Excel sheet converted into a PDF file), download budget template
• CVs and list of major achievements of all applicants
• Confirmation of the matching funds according to the respective contributions.
• For each practice partner one Letter of Intent (max. 1 page) OR, if no practice partners are involved, a two-page concept note on how the project would have an impact in practice.
