Plenary Assembly DIZH

The annual Plenary Assembly has become a central part of the exchange between researchers from the DIZH partner universities. And while the end of the DIZH is still a few years ahead, it seems to be time to start thinking about how to sustain the initiatives in which the universities work together. 

Under the theme Digital Futures, this year’s assembly invites all researchers from DIZH partner universities – whether part of a joint structure or not – to reflect together on what cross-university collaboration can look like beyond 2029. The conversation draws on what researchers have learned – and how that knowledge can be shared and built upon. 

Researchers from DIZH partner universities will present their experiences with and strategies for interdisciplinary innovation, followed by an open discussion on how collaboration can grow and endure – and how researchers outside formal structures can connect, contribute, and shape what comes next. 

The Plenary Assembly will conclude with an apéro, providing further networking opportunities where conversations can continue and collaborations can take root.
