Important notice due to revised budget template: The Budget-File needs to be filled-in together with the respective DIZH Contact Points to ensure compliance with eligibility criteria. 

It is mandatory that the following documents be uploaded to the portal as individual PDFs:

• Proposal (max. 3 pages), download application template
• Budget table (all sheets of the Excel sheet converted into a PDF file), download budget template 
• CVs and list of major achievements of all applicants
• Confirmation of the matching funds according to the respective contributions
• For each practice partner one Letter of Intent (max. 1 page), download template LoI
